The hotel's location is ideal, as it is very close to the metro station and the railway station. It was convenient to have the subway nearby, with frequent trains even on the weekend. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay more fun. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great, with lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance, and it felt safe even at night. The room was spacious and quiet, with plenty of amenities like a mini fridge and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I even got a welcome drink upon arrival. The spa area was a nice touch, with three different saunas and a variety of shower features.
I would definitely recommend staying at this place.

We were kinda surprised by the spacious and clean rooms at Arcotel. The breakfast spread was amazing with plenty of choices. Convenient location near the train station made exploring the city easy. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Hamburg.
